Apply only when air, material, and surface temperatures are between 0 and 90ºF (-18 and 32ºC) and the relative humidity is below 70%. Do not apply B-I-N if surface temperature is within 15°F of the dew point. Substrate moisture should not exceed 12%. DO NOT THIN. |

As the original shellac primer/sealer, nearly nothing is better at permanently covering bleeding wood knots, sap streaks and graffiti as well as water, grease, rust, smoke and many other types of stains.
